Dear Florida Guides,
Good day and thank you so much for considering assisting the third Gathering of Angels endeavor. This evening of fun and festivities will allow guests the opportunity to win some fabulous Chinese Auction items and bid on incredible Silent Auction items, all while enjoying intermittent giveaways, food, drink and friends.
Any and all monies raised will go to fund one dream at The Children's Dream Fund, a wish granting organization for seriously and terminally ill children, serving the west coast of Florida for over twenty-five years, and the remainder will go to All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg. Both of these organizations have had an immense impact on my life and that of my family as well.
Last year's event allowed me to fulfill a cancer patient's travel dream through The Children's Dream Fund. I was then able to donate an equivalent amount to All Children's Hospital which was used as a match pledge on their annual telethon. It is a pleasure and quite an honor to be able to be involved in assisting them in any manner that I can. I'm hoping that this year's event will be just as successful . . . maybe even a little more so with your help!
If you are interested in donating a Chinese Auction item, please consider something along the lines of: Guided Fishing Trips, Gift Certificates, Basket of Wares, New Clothing Item, Service Certificate, Small Jewelry Items or some other valuable thing you may like to donate.

Please also note that you are encouraged to self-promote as much as you would like with whatever item you donate, so feel free to include business cards, brochures, etc.

Small Electronic Devices, Tickets to Major Events, Original Artwork, Sports Memorabilia, Vacation Packages/Tickets, Major Gift Certificates, Themes Gift Baskets, Large Jewelry Items, Use Your Imagination.

I know that the economy is in a scary place right now, but please consider the scary place so many sick children are in. This is all for them. Please consider them when choosing an auction item or donation.
