Speckled trout, redfish, sheepshead, shark, spanish mackerel, grouper, flounder, cobia, mangrove snapper, and tarpon are just a few of the many species of fish that inhabit our local waters. Each fish offers the angler a unique experience both in the fighting style as well as the area in which we peruse these fish. Gin clear flats and mazes of creeks and cuts are home to many of the local species, making sight casting to fish an easy and exciting test of an anglers ability. Stalking redfish, trout, and cobia are my specialties, and opportunities to catch all three (Citrus County Slam) can occur on any giving day. My 16 Silver King and ActionCraft are perfect for poling my clients around many of the rocky creeks and coves which makes the Crystal River and Homosassa areas famous. Plus these boats are also customized to fish for the "World Famous" Tarpon of Bayport and Homosassa. Finally, my 17ft Pathfinder Tunnel hull boat is perfect for extreme shallow water Redfishing and Speckled Trout fishing. This boat floats in spit and is the perfect boat for sight casting to tailing fish.
