No entries will be accepted after 5/31/05.
DRAWING AND AWARDING OF PRIZES. On or about 6/1/05 a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor, whose decisions will be final in all matters relating to this drawing.
If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is deemed undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, or no prize may be awarded.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to use of his/her name and/or likeness without further compensation for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes by Sponsor. By participating and accepting prize, winners acknowledge compliance with these official rules.
PRIZE DETAILS. Prize consists of one (1) Lowrance iFinder H2O. No cash equivalent, exchange or prize substitution will be offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any applicable taxes with respect to the awarded prizes are the responsibility of the recipient.
ODDS. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
ELIGIBILITY. This contest is open all persons worldwide 18 years of age or older, except employees or families of World Publications (''Sponsor'') or Quantum. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
OTHER CONDITIONS. The Sponsors reserve the right to alter any terms or conditions of this contest at any time, to not select a winner, or to cancel this contest without notice.
